Our founders Mr. and Mrs. Francis incorporated Francis Consulting, Inc. in May 2003 and each of the officers are equal owners.  The company was founded on three main functions; human resource consulting, organizational development, and training.

Our first day operating as a corporation was July 1, 2003.

As the company grew and evolved changes continued to take place and now FCI delivers consulting and/or training by either traveling to clients or by meeting and training either in person or online, depending on the client needs and desires.

During Mr. Francis’ career he has consulted various industries including automotive, construction, insurance, manufacturing, and medical just to name a few.

All of our Subject Matter Experts (SME) possess at minimum a college degree, except electrical which are licensed Journeymen, and at least 10 years management experience in their respective fields.  Our SME’s combined have over 145 years experience and college in the areas of engineering, management, accounting, medical, electrical, manufacturing, and construction in both the private and public sectors.
